The winners of "Autumn Marathon 2020" got a chance to participate in an off-site event.

On December 14-17, an online conference "Effective protection of the rights of children of vulnerable groups: from understanding to evaluation" was held.

Within the framework of the project "Teen in conflict with the law: from conflict to inclusion", a series of webinars was held to equip professionals with advanced methods of working with adolescents in conflict with the law.

This year has brought many challenges both to society and to the children with whom we work. In the current conditions and within the framework of events for the 20th anniversary of the organization, online conference "Effective protection of the rights of children of vulnerable groups: from understanding to assessment" will take place.

Within the framework of the project "Improving restorative practices for adolescents in contact or conflict with the law", implemented by the World Without Borders Charitable Public Association with the support of the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) and the British Government (British Embassy Minsk), a consultation session was held on November 26 for the specialists of the State Educational Institution “Gatovskaya Secondary School” of Minsk region.

From 19 to 21 October a seminar was held on the realization of the rights of the child for specialists of social and educational centers and closed type institutions.

From 14 to 16 October 2020, a seminar was held for specialists from the Minsk region and the city of Soligorsk on the project "Improving restorative practices for adolescents in contact or conflict with the law", implemented by the World Without Borders Charitable Public Association with the support of the UN Children's Fund ( UNICEF) and the British Government (British Embassy Minsk).

Our expert group of AAC ( Alternative and Additional Communication) specialists  organizes consultations  for specialists of Gorodishche house-boarding institution in the framework of the project “Realization of rights through  communication”.
After having learned the basics of alternative and additional communication and  diagnostic techniques, a group of specialists from the house-boarding institution began to practice.

Under this motto, WWB team conducted a training seminar for employees of the house –boarding institution.  In some way or another, these people meet and come into the contact with children- residents of  Gorodishche house –boarding institution, they can become friends, significant adults not because of their duty, but thanks to their open hearts and new knowledge.

We went to Ivenets house-boarding institution and talked with the children for whom it became a home. In the house -boarding institution, children have human rights classes. Today's topic is "Health". But the favourite one is "Family".

From 05 to 08 October 2020, on the basis of the Ratomka health complex, a training for adolescents was held under the project "Improving restorative practices for adolescents in contact or conflict with the law", implemented by the World Without Borders Charitable Public Association with the support of the UN Children's Fund ( UNICEF) and the British Government (British Embassy Minsk).

   Within the framework of the project “Improving restorative practices for adolescents in contact or conflict with the law”, a three-day training was held from 21 to 23 September.

On September 11, 2020, a roundtable meeting was held, during which the implementation of the project of International Technical Aid "Improving restorative practices for adolescents in contact or conflict with the law" in Minsk region was discussed,i mplemented by the Charitable Public Association "World without Borders" together with the Republican Union of Lawyers with the support of the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) and the British Government (British Embassy Minsk).

Finally we could talk live. Within the framework of the project "Realization of rights through communication", a training course on alternative and additional communication was launched in June. Until the end of August all training courses were held on-line. Now we were able to conduct the training course off-line.

At the end of August a round table was held for the heads of general secondary educational  institutions and  representatives of the district executive committee dedicated to the start of the project "Improving restorative practices for adolescents in contact or conflict with the law", implemented by the Charitable Public Association "World without Borders" together with the Republican Union of Lawyers with the support of the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) and the British Government (British Embassy Minsk).

WWB has initiated an extraordinary expanded meeting of the National Commission on the Rights of the Child in order to consolidate the efforts of all stakeholders and develop uniform urgent measures to prevent violations of children's rights.
