A seminar on the practice of introducing alternative and additional communication (ADC) in a boarding school for children and young people with disabilities was held in Bogushevsk.

The charitable public association "World Without Borders" and the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) have launched a new joint project. It is designed for one year and is aimed at improving restorative practices for adolescents in contact or conflict with the law and helping them in rehabilitation and resocialization.

"World without Borders" received the European Solidarity Corps (ESC) Volunteering Quality Mark for 5 years. Now we are in the status of a supporting organization.

On March 27-31, 2023 a children's forum was held within the framework of the UNDEF project "Protection of the rights of adolescents in institutions of Belarus", in which 40 people took part.

Volunteers and employees of the World Without Borders held a thematic action dedicated to International Women's Day: they organized an online connection with a professional image stylist Natalya Gorelko, where fashion, style, appearance and self-presentation were discussed.

On March 2, employees of the World Without Borders visited the reception center for minors (the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Minsk Regional Executive Committee).

On February 27,  “World Without Borders” team together with volunteers visited closed institutions for teenage boys:  Mogilev special school and  Mogilev vocational school No. 2 for woodworking.

And what can be done so that children justify the hope for a brighter future and not become a reserve for adult crime? Special educational institutions are trying to change the worldview of adolescents and promote their social growth, but the stigmatization of problem children imposes additional difficulties on their adaptation to normal life.

We are glad to contact you, because it is thanks to you that this report exists, it contains a lot of interesting things, and there is also joy that for another year our organization could make some of the children smile, some get bright emotions, put aside pleasant memories in his memory. And for some of the guys, our activities brought more important changes.

Because children with disabilities in many countries remain marginalized from mainstream society, most members of society tend to have little exposure to children with disabilities and therefore have not had the opportunity to develop acceptance of diversity.

Eduard Kluisha, a friend of our organization,  has opened another exhibition of his photographs "Belarus in Faces". Eduard is 25 years old, he is from Smorgon, a person with a disability, moves with the help of his relatives and  a wheelchair.
