From 14 to 16 October, a seminar for the specialists from Minsk region and the city of Soligorsk was held in order to ensure the growth of the quality of educational, pedagogical, psychological and other types of assistance. According to the training program, the following topics were worked out with the participants: Cognitive-behavioral approaches, ART program, group forms of work with adolescents, programs for modeling and stimulating situations. The experience of work of some counseling centers in which the above methods are applied in working with adolescents in contact with the law was presented. The work was carried out in the form of a social and pedagogical training, an interactive seminar, where the participants worked in small groups, discussed, exchanged experiences and performed practical discussions in order to develop various methods and ways of working with adolescents. In the process of work, there was a high interest in the topics of the seminars by specialists. In summing up the results, the participants expressed their interest in applying the experience gained, conducting visits in practice and in sharing the experience gained with their colleagues.
In order to maintain a safe stay for the participants, social distancing measures were practiced on a daily basis, protective masks were in general access, and regular hand cleaning and airing of the premises were carried out.
