For over 20 years, “World Without Borders” has been at the service of the dignity and rights of children and young people with disabilities.

On January 17, 2023, the republican round table "National strategy for inclusive education and its implementation plan" was held. The event was attended by the chairman of our organization Alexei Ananenko.

The discussion on the topic “Combating violence against women with disabilities”, initiated by the public association “Belarusian Association for Assistance to Disabled Children and Young Disabled People”, took place on 01/20/2023.

Training for 30 specialists of correctional and developmental education and rehabilitation centers "Formation of socially significant competencies and familiarization with the rights of children with special needs was held on January 17, 2023 on the basis of the state educational institution "Mogilev Regional Center for Correctional and Developmental Training and Rehabilitation" as part of the methodological week

“World Without Borders” experts shared their experience in realizing the right of children with disabilities to a family with specialists who work in education, social sphere and health care of  Vitebsk region and  who are the participants of  a new project.

The final events of KVN action "Autumn Marathon" were held on December 22-23 in Minsk. The organizers once again gave a good reason for humor by holding the "Autumn Marathon" on the eve of the main winter holidays.

In October, World Without Borders initiated a FREE series of webinars within the framework of the project “Protection of the Rights of Adolescents in Belarusian Institutions” for stakeholders in the field of education and social protection.

Anna Gorchakova, in the section of the conference on the use of AAC, said that mutual understanding with disabled children depends on the work of a team of specialists. Presenting her team, she emphasized that there are no hopeless situations, there is always time to understand a child and an adult in a difficult situation and this is the main thing.

The second day of the conference was filled with information on the practical aspects of the application and use of the AAC.
