Seminars for Employees of Institutions for Children's Rights in October

This month, expert trainers of the Institute for Advanced Studies and Retraining  of Belorussian State Padagogical University visited several house-boarding institutions  to update professional knowledge about the rights of the child among employees of institutions:
18.10 - State institution "Gomel house-boarding  institution for disabled children with special needs";
19.10 -  State Institution "Rechitsa house-boarding  institution for disabled children with special needs ";
26.10 - State Institution "Bogushevsk house-boarding  for disabled children with special needs."
Teamwork, collective discussions and assignments are the things that help to create the interest and involvement of all staff. Soon each institution will start developing its own normative document for the protection of the rights and legitimate interests of minors - the Child Protection Policy (CPP).
Thanks to the speakers Veronika Radygina (Deputy Director for Academic Affairs, Candidate of Biological Sciences, Associate Professor) and Elena Altyntseva (Head of the Department of Andragogy of the Faculty of Additional Vocational Education)! We receive a lot of positive feedback from the employees of the institutions about the highest level of these seminars, information presentation, competence and professionalism! There is a strong conviction that the UNDEF project "Protection of the Rights of Adolescents in the Institutions of Belarus" is important and significant not only for children, but also for adults!
