To be near: joint weekend in the Ivenetsky house-boarding school

Family is needed to share the joys and challenges of each day. When we organized our event decided to forget about the difficulties, to concentrate on the joys.
Parents of children with disabilities, whose children are still in the care of the house-bording institutions less opportunities to be with their children. We organized joint weekend for parents ' children, created opportunities for positive and useful pastime of children and their parents.
During the 3 days of the event parents and children were able to spend more time with each other in various activities, parents were able to understand more about the living conditions in the house-bording institutions and the needs of their children. With the help of psychological training to pump their skills effective parent.
With the help of volunteers we managed to play board-games together, draw, watch a movie and discuss it. While the parents participated in the training, the children learned how to cook canapés and sandwiches. Also visited the local holiday Kupalle, a walk in the Park and made a picnic.
This weekend is a step towards children who dream of being together with their parents.
