The summer, hooray!!

From 18 to 22 June in the Vasilishkovsky house-boarding school, an integration action “The summer, hooray!” took place.
Such actions have already become a good tradition and are held annually in house-boarding schools every summer.

What can I tell you?) As always, the guys and girls were very happy about our arrival (we are WWB employees and volunteers) and immediately the fun began: games, classes, discos, creative workshops, competitions, excursions and tours, walks in Grodno – all these little things are the reason why the life of all the participants of the action will never be the same)
The children always remember the events taking place outside the territory of the boarding house.
This time, the pupils from the department of accompanied accommodation visited the Grodno Drama Theater. Moreover, they prepared for the visit: they put on costumes and evening dresses, the girls did makeup, hairstyles (it was very unusual for them to see themselves so beautiful and elegant, but they obviously liked it). Before the performance the deputy theater director gave an excursion for the children. The trip left an unforgettable impression.
And we went to a real trip with an overnight stay, which turned into a real adventure for everyone! We set up tents, made a fire, cooked a delicious dinner, sang songs and played crocodile. And now, when everyone was scattered around the tents, satisfied, tired and happy, a real storm of thunder, lightning, gusty wind and torrential rain came over our camp! It soon became clear that the rolling tents were not able to withstand the storm, and an emergency escape began. Everyone got wet, but still the travelers remember our trip with enthusiasm.
We will miss these emotions and wait for the next meeting. Yes. Summer is great)
