The safety of children and their legal support is the full responsibility of adults!

Within the framework of the UNDEF project “Protection of the Rights of Adolescents in Institutions in Belarus”, seminars were held throughout September on teaching children's rights for employees of the institutions. The purpose of these seminars was: actualization of professional knowledge about the rights of the child, the formation of convictions in the need to develop a regulatory document to protect the rights and legitimate interests of minors.
15.09 - State Educational Institution "Social and Pedagogical Center of Slonim District";
September 22 - Krivichi special medical and educational vocational school of a closed type;
September 27 - State Educational Institution "Social and Pedagogical Center of  Soligorsk District";
28.09 - State Educational Institution "Petrikov State Special Vocational School of Closed Type No. 1 of Light Industry".

The seminars were conducted by outstanding experts of the Institute for Advanced Studies and Retraining of BELARUSIAN STATE PEDAGOGICAL UNIVERSITY: Radygina Veronika (Deputy Director for Academic Affairs, Candidate of Biological Sciences, Associate Professor) and Altyntseva Elena (Head of the Department of Andragogy of the Faculty of Additional Vocational Education).
Employees of the institutions were actively involved in discussions and performing various exercises on the topic. A series of such workshops for institutions is envisaged throughout the whole project and will be held by the experts .
