On September 20 and 21, on the basis of the educational and methodological platform of the Gomel house-boarding school, an internship was held on the practical application of methods for the integrated abilitation of children and young people with MSDD.
The event was attended by employees of the Bogushevsky house-boarding school and volunteers of the Minsk house-boarding school. All participants were in the Gomel house-boarding school for the first time. The guests were surprised and enthusiastic approaches to work, teamwork and the friendly atmosphere that reigned in the institution. And most importantly, it became clear that everything necessary for successful rehabilitation of children with MSDD is in every boarding house. You just need to show a little creativity and perseverance.
We hope that the internship will help employees and volunteers to understand in which direction they need to go further, teach them to apply new methods and techniques demonstrated in Gomel house-boarding school, they will have many new ideas and a great desire to change the future of children for the better.
