High-quality social support for a family with a child with a disability is the basis for the prevention of institutionalization

The regional seminar "Deinstitutionalization: realizing the right of children with disabilities to a family: yesterday, today, tomorrow " for responsible legal and moral duty-bearers and  specialists of Gomel region was held at the Integrative educational and therapeutic center, which began its work on the basis of Gomel house-boarding institution for children with disabilities who have problems with psychophysical development ".
