February 23 is a holiday for real men!
On February 25, 2021, volunteers and contact persons visited Mogilev closed type educational institution. This time we discussed what kind of holiday we celebrate on February 23 and what it means. One of the discussion points was the qualities a real man should have. Before meeting the boys, we conducted a survey among the girls: what qualities they value most in boys. A total of 71 girls took part in the survey. From the proposed options, the results were the following: 83% of girls most of all value responsibility in guys, 49% - honesty, 45% - kindness, 43% - hard work and intelligence, less than 30% - humor, punctuality, generosity, beauty and wealth. The boys were also asked the same question, in some groups the opinions coincided, somewhere they were radically different, but it was interesting to find out their views. Then they all discussed these qualities together, talked about how boys can develop certain qualities.
A small congratulatory concert was also held, in which both volunteers and the pupils themselves performed. It was a complete improvisation, but it turned out very soulful and nice. The pupils, as always, delighted volunteers with self-made greeting cards for the upcoming International Women’s Day!
