How much do we talk about friendship, how often do we hear songs and write poems, but do we have real friends? And who is this "true friend"? How long can true friendship last? Who is your friend and how to distinguish him from the enemy?

On November 6, 22 and 29, a team of volunteers, together with the students of closed type institutions, tried to find answers to all these questions.

In each institution, the volunteers in groups communicated with the students and in discussion tried y found definitions for such concepts as “Friendship”, “Friend”, “Best Friend”, and so on. Students gave their own definition and understanding of friendship, told examples from their lives. There were happy and sad stories to tell, stories of great friendships and devastating betrayals. Volunteers helped to distinguish concepts between a friend, acquaintance, companion, … After all, you cannot consider everyone a friend.

This topic was chosen for a reason, because a contact friend is first of all a friend who is there to listen, support, help, advise and give a piece of advice. Contact friend is a person who does not condemn and does not betray. In each group, students were asked what they think about the “Contact Friends” model of work in general and how they relate to their contact friends. In response, there were a lot of positive feedback, the teenagers appreciate very much those who are nearby in this difficult moment of their lives, expressed their gratitude for the support and understanding.

Those teenagers who do not have a contact friend have expressed a desire to have such a person in their lives.

All meetings ended with sweet tables, where once again the words of gratitude to the mentors were said.
