2 November 2021

From 2 to 4 November, a forum for children participating in the project "Teen in conflict with the law: from conflict to inclusion" was held.

The overall purpose was to identify the problems and topical issues of adolescents. The agenda of the activity included discussing problems related to relationships with peers or adults, crisis situations and more. The children gave feedback on issues that touch the lives of children in conflict or contact with the law. It is important to note that the participants not only discussed and identified problem areas, they also highlighted specific cases and developed clear algorithms for solutions to risk situations. After that, they presented their algorithms in the form of tips, or in other words, lifehacks, in the video format for their peers who are experiencing similar problems.

The products and materials received during the event will be employed to help us develop concepts and programmes for further children's activities and create resources that will help children to outline ways to solve the problems they face in everyday life.

The project "Teen in conflict with the law: from conflict to inclusion" is aimed at creating opportunities for resocialization for children in difficult life situations. Within the framework of the project, we strive to ensure the maximum involvement of adolescents in impacting and directly making decisions that concern them, taking into account their personal opinions and interests.
