On May 23-25, a significant event took place. It was a seminar "Introduction of integrated program approaches to the implementation of children's rights and the creation of a safe and friendly environment in the activities of residential institutions" with a presentation of a new project " Protecting the Rights of Youth in Institutions in Belarus”. The event was attended by more than 30 representatives of national institutions, organizations and government bodies from all regions of the country, specialists of higher education institutions, educational institutions for advanced training and retraining of personnel, public organizations or just in one word -those who can make decisions and influence the policy in the field of child protection. The program and speeches of the speakers were rich, important, topical, aroused heated discussions and interest of the audience.
