14th Festival of Creativity "Dreams Come True" has Started

The start of the traditional Republican Festival of creativity "Dreams come true" has been given.  Festival aims to encourage self-development, the development of creative abilities and social skills through various types of art, the formation of a sense of belonging to the cultural life of society of that part of children and young people with disabilities who have 1 and 2 degrees of loss of health, live in residential institutions or are served in departments of day residence of the territorial centers of social service of the population.
In the competition program of the Festival, creative groups of children present their performances in three genres (choreography, vocal/song and visual arts). Festival is scheduled for the period from August 01 to December 15 and includes the preparation of performances and their recording on video, the selection of performances and works, the presentation of selected performances, participation in master classes held by professionals  who are included in the jury and the organizing committee of the Festival and the final Gala -concert.
“ Dreams Come True” Festival is held under the patronage of art professionals. In 2022,  Festival will be held in three categories: choreography/dance, visual arts, vocal/song.  Festival is held in 3 stages: educational, qualifying and competitive. During the educational stage, according to the nominations, classes are held with the participation of professionals who help to realize a creative idea at a professional level. After selection of participants , a competitive stage is held.  Gala Concert and an Exhibition with summing up will finalize the Festival.
