It is gratifying that on this path we found many like-minded people, including in governing bodies and residential institutions. We are pleased to see in the society the signals of awareness and acceptance of the opportunity and importance for children and young people with disabilities to live outside institutions, to successfully learn, work, create families, to be full members of our community and become useful and loved. An alternative to life-long stay in the residential house-boarding institutions  was offered to the residents 10 years ago - the possibility of recovery in their legal capacity and, as a result, the integration and normalization of life and showed the relevance and significance.
On the 6 of May our old friend, Slava Vagaitsev, joined those 48 persons restored in their legal capacity!
