Independence days for volunteers have been held at Gomel house-boarding institution! From the publication of Andrei:
So we returned home, to the usual things. A week was spent in Gomel house-boarding institution, next to the children. Maximum immersed in their pace and lifestyle. Starting from 7 am till 9 pm we conducted educational and developmental activities for children, sang songs for guitar, cooked, played, and amused ourselves. It was a wonderful time. Every day we learned something new about the young people, brought something new to their life and vice versa. I believe that this time passed with benefit for both children and us.
Of course, I do not want to leave, because during this short period of time we have made friends, we’ve become closer to them. Thank you very much for this time and see you soon!)
