Alternative Additional Communication training in action

Regular expert consultations on Alternative and Additional Communication (AAC) help the  staff of Gorodishche house- boarding institution to educate children in a new way to communicate when they are unable to use the speech.
Experts of the project "Realization of rights through communication" Tatiana Sinitsa, Svetlana Pupa, Anna Kalinovskaya, Marina Zalatarevich support the employees of the boarding house in an effort to understand their pupils, create better conditions for realizing their potential. Each teacher  train  a child according to the individual plan.
In addition, experts help the staff to improve their skills in diagnosing the level of communicative behavior, analyzing behavior and using the AAC technical means.
We keep in touch with the staff of the boarding school online during periods of quarantine, but the most productive for training are real meetings. There are always positive emotions, joy from the ease of mastering the material through examples, the opportunity to share not only information but also emotion.
When communication brings joy, it develops.
