Anna Gorchakova, in the section of the conference on the use of AAC, said that mutual understanding with disabled children depends on the work of a team of specialists. Presenting her team, she emphasized that there are no hopeless situations, there is always time to understand a child and an adult in a difficult situation and this is the main thing.
Veronika Ladutko, a psychologist, spoke about the children's hospice and devoted her report to the choice of the AAC system. She spoke about how important it is to pay attention to the parents of the child and the recognition of their family history. She introduced the audience to the diagnostics, questionnaires that she uses in her work.
Priest Roman Artemov, confessor of the Belarusian Children's Hospice, opened the issue of spiritual assistance as a necessary part of teamwork. Roman Artemov emphasized teamwork and told how effective spiritual and psychological assistance is, as separate areas of work with the family. Roman Artemov is the creator of the prayer that accompanies the children of the hospice and is present in their lives.
Vera Gaidukevich, a psychologist, also talked about the importance of a team approach in working with disabled children, which she and other hospice specialists were trained to in other countries. She spoke about the importance of the work of each specialist: a psychologist, an orthopedist, a game therapist, a nurse and other specialists. Vera also focused her attention on the process of creating an adaptive environment. She dwelled in more detail on the issue of technical means that are necessary for children for their life.

Vladimir Goretsky, a specialist in a children's hospice, a play therapist, paid special attention to the team approach as a very important aspect of working with children with very difficult and complicated deseases . Vladimir told how play therapy helps children interact with others.
